The systems provide extensive reports on registered vendors. The Agency can obtain data related total number of vendors, number of vendors per zip code, county and state. Optionally, a Geographic Information System (GIS) interface can show how these vendors are geographically distributed. The system can also provide information on a specific vendor, how that vendor is using the Agency’s bid management system and more.
Reports are also available on vendor viewing, downloading and response. System produces information on how many vendors looked at detailed solicitation specs, how many downloaded and how many are responding to the solicitations. Optionally, the report also shows geographic distribution of vendors and how they reacted to specific solicitation.
The system also provides reports on solicitations and awards.
The system also generates additional reports. Some of the reports are customized to your needs. The typical additional reports are information on DBE/MBE/WBE participation in general, on a specific solicitation and awards. A Geographic mapping also provides information on how certain vendors are participating in Agency solicitations. The reports can also contain information on a vendor’s downloads during a week, month or in a specific time period.
